This week we have arranged for a Public Meeting on Climate Change. The key speaker of Green MP Kennedy Graham, plus we have Bridget Freeman-Rock and Pounamu Tipiwai-Chambers adding their ideas on how we can take action locally.

The focus of this meeting is the essence of the Vivid report, as it suggests four distinctive pathways for New Zealand to carbon neutrality by 2050.

- The Vivid Report is not just another paper on climate change but does provide scientifically founded pathways to tackle the problem.
- Each of the strategies will need the support and pro-activity of the individual and the wider community as a whole.

So it would be good to come along to consider the following ideas:
- What might this mean for our lifestyles and wallets?
- What might it mean for our ways of life and land-use patterns?
- What climate change mitigation education and action is needed in our communities?
