Please Note: All workshops run from 5:00pm - 6:30pm and all performances run from 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Workshop: This introductory workshop is suitable for all fitness types- from people who have never danced or done much fitness to those who are fitness freaks. We will show you basic spins around the pole, beginner moves and maybe even going upside-down! Bring a can-do attitude, some friends who are up for a laugh, and clothing ranging from pants (if that’s what you are into) to hot pants! From our website “Vertical Aerial Pole Fitness will teach you how to perform ground-based and aerial acrobatic moves on the vertical pole, as well as help with strength training, coordination, body awareness, flexibility and dance skills”.

Performance: V.A.Ds students of all levels will amaze you as they glide through the air on poles! From our beginner student’s right through to our instructors and national award winning performers. Both male and female, single and doubles/groups acts are all part of this amazing night. If you want to see what you could achieve by training in the art of pole fitness at Vertical Aerial Dance then this is the show to catch!
