Ticket Information:

  • Adults - 8 weeks course pay at the door: $180.00
  • Students with ID - 8 weeks course pay at the door: $160.00
  • Adults - 8 weeks course prepay online: $160.00
  • Students with ID - 8 weeks course prepay online: $140.00

In this eight-week beginner course, we introduce you to the basics of Pole Fitness. You will learn simple moves to build up strength and confidence on the pole, and experiment with spins and poses. You will learn the building blocks that will eventually allow you to invert and hang upside down, holding on with only your legs!

We take you through all moves step by step at your own pace, and instructors are always on hand to spot you. Come in and get to know Pole Fitness in a safe and encouraging environment.

Please note: Due to the limited spaces available and the popularity of these courses online booking is essential. If you do not book and pay in advance, payment at the studio is $180 for Adults and $160 for students for the 8-week course.
