Join us for a live reading of Pip Hall’s play Red Fish Blue Fish. Read by two local actors, the play introduces us to Tim - a big fish in a small pond, and Janie whose highlights of the week are sorting electrical components and her interest in goldfish. When the pair collide they form a friendship that surprises them both.

Play On is a monthly play reading series of New Zealand work. We operate on a 'pay-what-you-can' basis and koha donations are invited at the end of the performance. Seating is limited so we suggest you get there early to get a table and to take advantage of happy hour (5pm – 7pm) and Taco Tuesdays.

Read by Richard Rugg and Simone Walker, with Kat Beijeman.
Running time approx. 50 minutes.

Presented by: Big Picture Minor Deets by arrangement with Playmarket.

About the playwright:
Pip Hall is an award-winning playwright and also works extensively in television and film as a writer, story liner, story/script editor, developer, creative producer and actor. Pip is co-creator and co-producer of the Wet Hot Beauties, a contemporary water ballet company.
