  • The class is offered on a "Give Freely, Receive Freely" basis. suggested donation between $5.00 -: $10.00

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance. Emphasis is on alignment, breathing, developing a core, improving coordination and balance.

The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level.
