Unpacking the myths, misunderstandings and unnecessary fears about pain because understanding pain helps you deal with it more effectively.

Natalie Cook is a registered Physiotherapist, a certified Craniosacral Therapist and rehabilitation Pilates instructor. Her special interest in pain - in particular, pain that won't go away, has spanned the full length of her career thus far. Natalie has worked in chronic pain management in private practice in South Africa, the NHS in England, Middlemore and, since 2005, in private practice in New Zealand. She's also a Mum to two young boys and currently works part time in her Glendowie practice.
