No Fixed Abode

For people who sleep in cars, garages and on couches as well as at overnight hostels to receive support. Also for employers, advocates and therapists to provide support with courses, information and employment.

People in cars, garages, overnight hostels and on couches are at risk to not have somewhere for shelter. No Fixed Abode helps people who are homeless find long term employment roles and places to live, which includes active employer search as well as document preparation.

Each Wednesday afternoon at Auckland Central Library, everyone is welcome to attend and also for any person in unfortunate circumstances.

Aim: For people who experience homelessness to gain endurable employment, have an adequate place and develop new skillsets as well as enhance life situation.

Values: No Fixed Abode's values are care, compassion, development, dignity and empathy.

Vision: People who are homeless share skills and experience with general public for support, which helps to prevent homelessness now: nofixedabode.nz
