Launched on Earth Day 2013, Thin Ice has had over 200 screenings worldwide covering all seven continents with an overwhelmingly positive response.

Thin Ice shows the huge range of human activity and scientific endeavour going into understanding Earth’s changing climate.

Free but spaces are strictly limited. Register now to secure a spot, please bring your ticket with you on the night.

Tuesday 16 May, 6.30pm–8.30pm
Includes panel discussion and Q&A with Chris Laidlaw (Greater Wellington Regional Council), Jez Partridge (Hutt City Council), John Horrocks (Eastbourne), Lisa McLaren (Generation Zero). Chaired by Thin Ice Executive producer Professor Peter Barrett.

Friday 19 May, 6.30pm–8.30pm
Includes science Update and discussion led by Thin Ice Executive producer Professor Peter Barrett.

Sunday 21 May, 3pm–5pm
Includes science Update and discussion led by Thin Ice Executive producer Professor Peter Barrett.

These screenings are run in conjunction with GNS Science and Hutt City Council as part of the Hutt STEMM Festival (6-21 May).
