Gentle Yoga - For beginners, learning breath and body awareness, balancing, stretching and strengthening. Stand taller and feel refreshed!
Pilates - All Pilates classes are mat classes, with occasional use of props. Thick Airex mats and props are provided. I am a Polestar teacher in training! Pilates is great for spinal mobility, posture, inner-unit strength, balance training, joints, improve your natural movement vocabulary, and impress yourself!
Ashtanga Yoga Beginners - Ideal for bringing suppleness and strength to your body. Great for athletes of all levels.
Classes are 8 students or less, open to all levels of fitness (Beginners thru to Smarty Pants).
Private Sessions available for singles, couples, or groups. Holistic Postural and Nutritional Assessments. I have a knack for tending to back pains, and I'd love to get you moving your body with joy!
