The path to happiness and contentment starts with the mind and the key to accessing the mind is Mindfulness.

- Achieve a practical understanding of Mindfulness and how to use it
- Learn the 5 principles of the mind that shape everything we think, feel and do
- Practice simple exercises that you can do every day to improve your state of mind and help with stress, anxiety, insomnia and the like
