Are you caught in the whirl of the modern world?
- Stillness can be found within us.
- Learn the basics of meditation in a supportive environment.
- Through meditation we can become aware of our habitual stories and opinions, we can free our mind and our heart.

Awareness is revolutionary!

This weekly drop-in class is aimed at beginners to meditation. You'll be helped to set up a comfortable posture and gently led through meditations to calm the mind and lighten the heart.

All welcome, there is lift access (easier if you come about 5:15).

No need to book.
