Develop inner resources and skills to manage the stress, anxiety and worry that is so prevalent in today's life.

Sessions are a mixture of mindfulness theory and practice - you will learn several mindfulness techniques that you can apply to daily life including various stressful situations.

Total cost for all 8 sessions includes a workbook.

- Session 1: Attention and the Present Moment - an introduction to mindfulness practice.

- Session 2: Automaticity - learn about the automatic nature of your thoughts and how these thoughts automatically create emotions.

- Session 3: Judgement - learn about the judgmental nature of the mind, the problems caused by this and how to how to address this.

- Session 4: Acceptance - explains the essence of and the goal of acceptance and how to apply it to difficult emotions.

- Session 5: Goals - learn how to find the balance between living in the present moment and planning for the future.

- Session 6: Compassion - get to experience your inner critic and learn how to effectively address this through the development of compassion for yourself.

- Session 7: Ego - several exercises will allow you to experience the difference between the self as a story and the self as an observer.

- Session 8: Integration - this session connects all covered mindfulness processes and focuses on ways to integrate these into daily life.
