This workshop will have three parts with three guided meditations on the clear nature of your own mind. It is based on the CD “Meditations for a Clear Mind”. By practising these meditations regularly you will realise that the actual nature of your mind is clarity. This is a very powerful realisation.

Everyone is welcome. The teachers will give explanations that are simple, clear and practical to help you integrate these special meditations in your daily life.

About the teacher:
Carl Peterken:
CARL has been practising Modern Buddhism for many years, having engaged in long-term meditation retreats and participated in numerous Kadampa Festivals in England and elsewhere. He’s well educated, works in IT as a web and mobile developer, and volunteers for Dharma Centres internationally.

Carl’s teachings and guided meditations come from faith and confidence resulting from his extensive personal experience. He’s intelligent, a bit shy but also relatable and humorous.

Anastasia Dailianis:
STAS is a working mother with two small children. She has a background in the performing arts, psychology and public sector project management – all of which give her many opportunities to put Buddha’s teachings into practice.

Through her practical teaching style, Stas uses examples from her own experience to show how relevant and applicable Buddha's advice is for our modern lives.
