Improve your life by enjoying the inner peace of meditation.

Enjoy this weekend retreat on “How to Transform Your Life”, an extraordinary book by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. The retreat will be guided by Buddhist monk Kelsang Pawo who will have just returned from England where he took part in the two-week-long International Summer Festival of Modern Buddhism.

This weekend will include guided meditations, teachings and time for questions. In particular, during this retreat, you will enjoy time for reflection as well as the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with like-minded people.

The aim of this retreat is to give you space and inspiration to develop your inner potential and to follow your own blissful journey. Treat yourself to this blissful weekend and learn how to enjoy a more meaningful life. No previous experience of meditation is required. Everyone is welcome.
