Come along to our free Japanese Film night!

This month the Embassy of Japan will be screening "Robo G", another comedy hit from Shinobu Yaguchi, who directed ‘Water Boys’, ‘Swing Girls’ and ‘Happy Flight’. Three young electronics company employees are given the task to develop a robot by their boss, but fail miserably. With the deadline approaching fast and declining confidence in their abilities, they enlist the help of an old man, who fits inside the robot perfectly. However, things do not go as planned for their new ‘functioning’ robot.

Free admission based on a first come, first-served basis. Lifts are available from 5:30pm. The entrance will be closed if the theatre reaches capacity. A short Japan Video Topics DVD will be shown from 5:45pm before the start of the film at 6:00pm.
