Join us on a unique Maori Bodywork training in Aotearoa, New Zealand featuring the ancient arts of Romiromi and Mirimiri.

This 14-day workshop includes bodywork training starting with the self, cultural immersion, time with Maori Elders, marae style accommodation, most meals and an evening tour of East Auckland on your first evening with us. Sometimes there are no words to explain the joy in the personal transformation that happens at these Maori healing workshops.

Click on this link to listen to some of the stories of past Te Rongopae graduands who are now a part of a collective consciousness of Romiromi and Mirimiri practitioners from countries all around the world: https://www.maorihealers.com/new-events/

As you begin to listen with your entirety, with the total embodiment of your being, your body will emanate an energy of wellness and respond accordingly to its needs.

To unblock a cluttered mind... is to understand where the blocks may be in the body and for some, the original blocks have been tampered with... DNA.

Atarangi Muru, an internationally acclaimed Ngati Kuri/Te Rarawa trainer of these arts has coordinated international Maori Healing workshops about the arts of Romiromi and Mirimiri as taught to her. The reputation of these workshops in terms of training people to do Romiromi and Mirimiri will far exceed your expectations.

The following line up of expert teachers, elders, Tohunga, Tohuna, and Romiromi and Mirimiri practitioners will support you throughout the workshop:
- Kiwa Muru is our most junior member of the Maori Healers team (son of Terence Murupaenga and grandson of Atarangi)
- Terence Murupaenga - our youngest Ngati Kuri Tohunga mentored by the late Papa De La Mere and his mother Atarangi
- Bill Mundy - managing all logistics and transportation and trained by Papa Hohepa De La Mere
- Makuini Ruth Tai our knowledgeable kuia (learned elder) and Tohuna - sower of the ancient seeds of healing wisdom and Te Reo (Natures Speak)
- Donna Kerridge - expert in rongoa rakau - natural Maori medicine from the bush
- Charlotte Mildon, a Te Oomai Reia Romiromi practitioner/teacher trained by Papa Hohepa De La Mere
- Mike O'Donnell, a story teller, water carrier and gardener of the land and the human soul
- Te Pou Rangi a new member to the line up, weaver of the human fabric, Master of Mau Raakaau a fighting and healing art, artist in clay work and story teller

A tribute to the late Manu Korewha - Tohunga Ahurewa of the highest regard and degree, will be made during the workshop, of which Manu was part of the growth and development of Te Rongopae, Let's Romi, Mahi aa Pona, Tiwawe - Moving Waters for Healing and more.
