Indonesian Embassy in Wellington, Borobudur Hotel Jakarta & James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor brings you the taste of Indonesia to Wellington. The first Indonesia Culinary Week will present the best of Indonesian dishes, including the famous nasi goreng and beef rendang, which were voted as the world’s most delicious food according to CNN readers.

Two Indonesian Chefs traveled to Wellington to specially prepare Indonesian Dinner Buffet at Whitby's Restaurant & Bar. Unique and assorted spices are used in creating delicious and mouth-watering cooking.

The Buffet will showcase various Indonesian menus with "Sop Buntut" or Oxtail Soup as the highlight. The soup is prepared with a meticulous recipe using only selected ingredients such as nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and black pepper corn.

Taste and enjoy a wide array of the country’s cuisines with the ambience and the touch of Indonesia.

The Buffet will be available at 5:30pm – 10pm on 10 – 20 August 2017.
Price per person including tea or coffee.
