This session will be presented by Kathryn Berkett, of Engage Training. Kathryn is an internationally recognised presenter, delivering neuroscience information that supports and enhances your current knowledge base.

Kathryn has her Masters in Educational Psychology and is also a certified practitioner of the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics. Her training experience spans over fifteen years. In her time she has trained a massive number of organisations, including NZ Police; Military; MSD; Schools; UK Social Workers; and NZRugby.

Gain an understanding of how to create an environment that neurologically engages the creative, productive areas of the brain (approach) and therefore arm you with more capacity to increase engagement in the workplace.

Kathryn will also talk about the neuroscience behind what triggers an avoidant response. This will help you gain more of an understanding of that person in your team who may be creating a blockage for your production through their behaviour.

Register online at https://pmi.org.nz/events-wellington.

Non-PMI NZ Chapter members are welcome to attend.

For $20 they can enjoy one drink, some food, networking opportunities and hear Kathryn's presentation "Increasing team engagement". The presentation will start at 6pm.
