Guji-Guji is spellbinding theatre for the whole family – a sweet story about being different, bullying, and love.

The play is based on a popular children’s book by the same name. In the story, a strange egg rolls into a duck’s nest. When it hatches, a very odd-looking duck emerges. His first words are ‘Guji-Guji’, and that becomes his name. He has several problems, but – with the help and love of his duck family – he solves them all.

"Our three-year-old sat entranced through the whole show." - N Kelly, Kapiti

"Wow, what a phenomenal show. Our children were spellbound!" - Cheryl Grove Early Learning Centre, Napier

Guji-Guji is presented by Little Dog Barking Theatre, written by Chih-Yuan Chen, and devised and directed by Peter Wilson. Book published in New Zealand by Gecko Press.
