With limited screenings upon its 2016 release throughout all of New Zealand, we are uber-excited to present Jim Jarmusch's documentary 'Gimme Danger', an in-depth exploration into the hard-rocking history and legacy of Iggy and The Stooges.

Jarmusch's obvious admiration for this influential band is accompanied by interviews, photos, archival footage and commentary by Pop himself, providing a wild ride of cinematic rockin' delight!

To accompany this unique cinematic event, we are thrilled to have our friends at The incubator presenting an exclusive acoustic performance as part of their local music collective, 'The Jam Factory', featuring Glen Fitzjohn and John Baxter, aka 'The Osterbergs' playing homage to Iggy and The Stooges! So much Iggy goodness!

Event kicks off from 5:30pm in the main street of The Historic Village with our Cult status street food from El Cartel, pop-up licensed bar, sweet as candy bar and chilled vibes, with live acoustic tunes from 6:15pm. Film commences inside the Village Cinema at 7:30pm.

(This is an +18 licensed event - No BYO).
