Geshe Jampa Tharchin is visiting Wellington and Kapiti again and will give a public talk in Paraparaumu.

Come along and share a cup of tea and chat with this inspiring teacher.

Geshe Tharchin will talk on what life is like as a Tibetan monk - growing up, living and studying in a traditional monastery. Geshe Tharchin escaped from Tibet as a young man, crossing the Himalayas into India, where he has lived in exile until coming to New Zealand. He is now the resident teacher at Chandrakirti Buddhist Meditation centre in Nelson.
