We are excited to have Mark Christensen coming to speak in a talk entitled - Food as Medicine. Mark is research director at The Heritage Food Crops Research Trust which is a charitable trust, established to research the early prevention and treatment of disease through the medicinal properties of plant-based food and natural plant-based medicine.

Some of Mark's most prominent work is the discovery of Monty's Surprise apples and his research about fighting cancer with these apples "the best in the world for human health."

Mark is bringing heritage seeds and some Monty's Surprise trees to give away.
This will be a popular event, please arrive in time to be seated by 7pm.

A koha is appreciated. Supper will be served.
