Immerse yourself into a weekend of energising yoga, relaxation and rejuvenation with five health and wellbeing professionals gathered to inspire you with the tools to refresh your mind and body.

Lauren Parsons is an International Wellbeing Specialist, a qualified Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Keynote Speaker and author. She will give you the most holistic yet practical, proven approach to total wellness that makes it achievable and fun, without fuss or fads! Come and discover Lauren's unique, holistic framework to boost both health and happiness and increase performance. Including practical steps to take you from just surviving to truly thriving!

Carmena Su is a long time yoga practitioner, having studied with some of the most renowned teachers in the US including Shiva Rea, Chad Hamrin and Annie Carpenter. A keen strength trainer, Carmena's passion is to awaken people's sense of awareness and joy in movement. Strengthen your practice and learn mechanics you can use to reduce injury to knees and hips as well develop true core integration and strength that transfers to other activities in your life. Carmena will also guide you in Living Meditation: Becoming Spacious And Being With The Process.

Emily Hope is an NZ Registered Nutritionist whose philosophy is a holistic approach to food and health where she encourages people to focus on choosing whole, fresh and natural foods as often as they can to provide a range of nutrients that nourish the mind and the body. Top tips to fuel your body with nutritious foods everyday will be enhanced with a cooking demonstration.

Maia Pono, a German native, settled in Marlborough in 2012. She is trained in spiritual and emotional healing, trauma therapy, life coaching. Maia's 'Open Your Heart, Follow Your Bliss' vinyasa flow yoga class will allow participants to find a deeper meaning in their yoga practise beyond body fitness and guides to open the heart to find bliss in the now. Maia will also lead a 'Buddy Yoga' class where students will learn to trust their yoga partner to enable a deeper stretch into poses using body weight and slight adjustments.

Huia Crosby is a graduate from Otago University’s School of Physical Education, with a foundation in exercise prescription. She then continued her education in holistic healthcare through yoga studies, massage studies, naturopathy studies, herbal medicine studies, nutrition, detoxification, personal development courses, essential oils courses, pilates and childbirth education. Huia will educate on essential oils and teach an 'Essential Yoga' class which will have a restorative theme using essential oils reflecting the end of winter and beginning of spring.

Morning/afternoon teas and lunches are included, all DF, GF and meat F.
