This two-day event is for people interested in planetary astronomy and viewing the night sky. It caters for beginners through to experienced astronomers with a range of talks, workshops and observing sessions.

At this time, Saturn is at maximum tilt displaying its magnificent ring system at its best, and mighty Jupiter will be in our evening sky. The Moon will be just past first quarter - one of the best times to observe its alien landscape of mountains and craters. Mercury and Venus are in our morning sky. Plus, during the day we will have solar observing.

Day passes are arranged through Stonehenge but if you want to book in for the whole event then you will need to pay The Phoenix Astronomical Society.
