Like to enhance your workplace and gain insights into employment challenges with millennial people?

How do millennials and businesses engage? Millennials also known as Generation Y are adults in age bracket 18 - 35 years, they have grown up with computers and in an online world.

Millennial people could be at least half our employment marketplace by 2020 and believe they are able to create differences everyday, yet many businesses are run by older generations who don't necessarily understand millennials very well.

Millennials would like companies to have an authentic purpose, they want owners to put it into action and they want to have impact for themselves. Millennials also look for flexible work operations, which enables them to build their workday around what matters most and it also includes an option to work remotely.

This professional business network event features three inspirational and interactive presentations to highlight issues that arise within rapidly changeable environments in this particular millennium as well as key drivers for adaptability to overcome millennial challenges.

First presenter is an expert in productivity, Robert C Robertson and his presentation is how emotional fitness helps to create higher productive advantages for challenges as well as pressure at work. This is to be clear with purpose for your goals, methodologies and actions to achieve an incredible life flow: robertcrobertson.com

Second presentation is from Priscila Bernades at Lancom Technology why it's key to provide value for companies, how to leverage technology in business and merge information with innovation.

Third presenter is Dr Ben Fath from Auckland University who is an expert lecturer with small and medium enterprises in New Zealand, which includes international business as well as innovative growth.

Complimentary non-alcohol drinks available for your refreshment.
