Al is back with his biggest and best book yet, revisiting and updating classic New Zealand heartland meals and bringing stories from around the country. Join us for an evening at The Boatshed as Al chats about the new book, our amazing local ingredients, and his cooking adventures. Make sure you get Al to sign your copy!

Tickets ($41.64 including booking fee) include a glass or two of Palliser Estate wine, tastings from Kingsmeade Cheese, canapes inspired by classic New Zealand ingredients from the Catering Studio, and $10 off the book on the night or at Paper Plus Stores at Lower Hutt, Coastlands, North City, Johnsonville and Karori (offer expires October 31st 2017).
