The annual Douglas Lilburn Trust Composition Prize Concert is the major event on the School of Music’s composition and sonic arts calendar.

Prizes from the Lilburn Trust are awarded by an adjudication panel to the top student composers and performers.

Riley Cahill - Territory of the Heart for piano trio (2017)

Linda Dallimore - Personified River: Whanganui for large ensemble (2017)

Julia Francis - Arya’s Journey for string quartet (2017)

Leo Jaffrey - Axis for saxophone quartet (2017)

Richard Paull - Knife’s Edge for solo viola (2017)

Naomi Weinroth - Chansons du corps for violin and closed piano (2017)

Garling Wu - Island Universes for dancer and live electronics (2017)

Registrations are not required.
