Qi is living energy, Gong means cultivation. Therefore Qigong means “cultivating Energy in our everyday life”.

When you aware the flow of energy (Qi) you will be able to cleanse the stagnant energy and gain the ability of self-healing. Your blood circulation and lymph fluid circulation will be improved when the flows of energy (Qi) improve. This means you will get less sickness or improve sleep problems or alleviate symptoms.

Qigong Walking is not only feeling good or gentle exercises but it strengthens organs such as liver, kidneys, spleen and gallbladder which significant influence other organs. In addition, it’s cleansing the stagnation of energy while you walk.

There’s many different ways of detox in our society and we sometimes need to see a specialist such as nutritionist for the changing a diet and take a supplement.

But Qigong walking doesn’t need a prescribe by a specialist.
We practice several different motions within Qigong Walking practices.
Qigong Walking is totally safe, has many benefits, and fun!

Benefit of Qigong Walking:
- Improve coordination of your body which is very important for your brain function.
- Stimulate and strengthen muscles (connective tissues, etc) that run your body functions efficiently.
- Harmonization of the mind and body which significantly lead a good health.
- Improve the flow of body fluid including blood and lymph fluid.
- Improve the breathing.
- Reduce feeling for anxiety, depression, frustration using breathing techniques.

During the course, we will practice for specific ways of Qigong walking such as anti-cancer, anti- depression. Qigong walking is very unique in exercises and it gives you relaxation, calmness and fun as well.
