Dolphin Theatre

By Peter Quilter and directed by Jon T Kemeys (JT)

The hilarious story of five women who inherit equal shares in a dilapidated theatre and plan to bring it back to life again. Tensions are high between them, but they must work together to make their dream a reality - to restore the theatre to its former glory and get the audiences flocking back. They try various fund-raising schemes but their most ambitious is to hold a concert.

"An excellent piece of writing - very charming and very funny" - Ray Cooney

Peter Quilter's plays have been presented in major theatres in over 40 countries around the world and translated into 30 languages. He has had a hit show on Broadway and 3 successful plays in London's West End. Peter has twice been nominated for the Olivier Award (Best New Play 2011 and Best New Comedy 2006) and his Broadway debut was nominated for 3 Tony Awards.
