This evening is a 'not to miss' for lovers of country music.

Featuring Barbie Davidson and Jodi Vaughn, two of New Zealand's best talents, you're guaranteed a great night out.

Jodi Vaughan is one of New Zealand’s best loved Country artists with the pedigree to match. She started her New Zealand career when Gray Bartlett discovered her on TV Show New Faces. Since then she has successfully worked with Gray and Brendan Dugan on the TV Show - That’s Country and toured NZ with their Together Again Shows. Jodi then started her own successful vocal group Girls Talk and toured NZ which included herself, Barbie Davidson and Celine Toner.

Barbie Davidson, winner in 1990 of the prestigious Ricky May Memorial Jazz Award in Brisbane, Australia, one of Australia's top awards for Jazz singing. Performed on leading RSL Club and Cabaret circuits and toured alongside James Morrison and numerous overseas artists. Guest appearances on P & O cruise ships, also being invited to appear on many Australian entertainment TV shows. 1991 recorded and released an album for Warner Bros.

1992 voted Best New Artist at the 6th annual NZ Country Music Professional Recording Awards for debut album "Borderline". It was re-mastered at Stebbings Studios Auckland NZ in 2009 - "Two Hearts".

Also voted a finalist in the 1992 NZ Pop Awards due to her country cross-over style.

Barbie represented Australasia in Nashville in '91 for the American Country Music Festival - FanFair, performing alongside Charlie Pride, Jeannie C. Riley, John Anderson, Clinton Gregory, Ray Price and Leroy Van Dyke on the multi-label show to a crowd of 30,000, being part of the Warner Bros label entourage.

In 1994 - 1999 she was part of a trio - Girls Talk, they opened for Kenny Rogers at the Mission Vineyards to a crowd of 25,000. They took their act to the many Corporate and Chartered Clubs throughout NZ and the Pacific.

Barbie was presented with a Scroll Of Honour at the NZ Variety Artists Club Awards 2014 acknowledging her Skill and Talent as a Vocalist and Performer, her Gifts of Time to Charity and her Unwavering Commitment to the Entertainment Industry in New Zealand.
