Cooking: Delightful Kueh and Desserts

Love to try new foods or looking to learn how to make Asian Kueh and desserts at home? Join Mei-Fen in this half-day workshop where you’ll learn to make kueh dadar, onde-onde, kueh bakar, snowball cakes, cendol and coconut agar agar jelly.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Recreate an assortment of delightful kueh and desserts
- Follow the recipes provided and prepare them with supervision
- Prepare the recipes using local ingredients
- Identify specialty ingredients required and where to buy them

Some communal ingredients supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed (approximate cost $25) will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed.
