The discipline of comparative theology is a response to growing religious pluralism in the world today. By using Christianity as a basis for comparison, you will explore the major differences within Christianity's own diverse traditions and those of other religions.

You will gain a broad theological awareness and general understanding of different theologies and attendance requires no personal faith or beliefs.

This six-week course is an introduction only. Christopher Longhurst will be presenting the course. He is a theologian trained in the Catholic Intellectual Tradition. He has lived and worked in Rome and Morocco, where he has taught comparative religions at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
