Collaboration for Impact Masterclass with Kerry Graham.

So you are serious about moving the needle on an issue that affects your community. Then this is the workshop for you!

This Masterclass with Kerry Graham will work through the steps of consideration, research, building a pathway for change and then, getting going. You will explore the challenges and opportunities, and then leave with a tangible plan for collaborative change.

Participants will be introduced to the collective impact framework - a structured and disciplined way to make collaboration work across government, non-profits, community members, business and philanthropists.

Kerry will outline when the framework might be used and when it absolutely shouldn’t, and through examining Australian and international case studies, the framework will be brought to life, as well as working ‘live’ with collaboration challenges brought by participants.

This workshop is a must attend for organisations needing to engage communities and stakeholders.

Speaker: Kerry Graham, Director of Collaboration for Impact Australia
