Dynamic practice to find movement your body may have forgotten, connect to your breath and emerge a lighter you.

Beginner to Intermediate Yoga - for everyone!

This yoga practice is adapted depending on CoLiberate's theme of the week! Rosie uses the theme to focus your workout into either Vinyasa or Yin style Yoga.

Led by: Rosie Sievers.
Mats and pillows are provided. Post-show cuppa tea encouraged.

CoLiberate studio is open every Monday and Thursday evenings with an hour long well-being workouts curated for you to have a rich evening of well-being goodness. No experience necessary.

It is for anyone and everyone who wants to values their emotional and mental health as much as their physical. It’s a space to come together, connect and share our own experiences of mental well-being. Be active, rejuvenate our body and find stillness in our minds.
