  • Group treatment: $425.00

Trouble sleeping? We offer group cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia, run by clinical psychologists out of our Wellington office.

The sessions start June 27th and occur once per week on Tuesday evenings for 6 weeks.

Note that a one-on-one meeting is required before beginning group therapy.
