'The Greatest Contribution' will see a panel of interesting local and national speakers sharing their views on what they think the greatest contribution the residential red zone besides the Ōtākaro Avon River could make to Christchurch and to New Zealand.

Jacky Bowring - Professor, Landscape Architecture, Lincoln University

- Marjan van den Belt - Associate Professor, Sustainability, Victoria University of Wellington and Ecological Economist
- Philippa Howden-Chapman - Professor, Department of Public Health, University of Otago School of Medicine and Chair of the International Council of Sciences committee on Urban Health and Wellbeing.
- Joseph Hullen - Senior Whakapapa Registration Advisor, Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu
- Rod Oram - Economist and Business Journalist.
