Health Qigong and Taiqiquan classes are happening 5:15 pm on Monday and Thursday, open to all work out enthusiasts of any age and no martial arts experience is needed.

"Health Qigong - Wu Qin Xi" is a set of bionic exercises on life cultivation regimen, with moderate intensity and simple movements, focusing on the balanced development of the body. They are five animals movements (e.g. tiger, deer, bear, monkey and bird), it all takes about thirteen minutes to finish the set of exercises.

It aims at improving health by external physical exercises and internal breath regulation to circulate blood and qi flow. It is believed to improve the physiologic function of the body.

Come along and meet up for a fun work out. A class is $10 once a week or 15 twice a week, cash or transfer are all available.
