This event features demonstrations and performances of Chinese Guqin and Tea Ceremony.

The Guqin, a seven-stringed zither, is China's most ancient stringed instrument, with a history of some 3000 years. Chinese music has a long history, and its essence is best expressed by the Guqin.

Gong Fu tea ceremonies traditionally represent the respect the host has for their guests and nature. The Chinese tea ceremony is described as the epitome of peace, tranquillity, enjoyment and truth.

This is a unique opportunity to brew and savour your own cup of Chinese tea for an escape from the busy rhythms of city life.

Our purpose is to collate and present aspects of traditional Chinese culture to our guests for a true immersion in the serene beauty of China.

Traditional Chinese refreshments will be provided.

Limited seating is available to ensure the quality of experience for every guest.
