This is what you can change your mind fundamentally; it will give you the definition of what mind is and the explanation of how one's mind is created and can be changed too.

One's mind is his lived life and thoughts coming from it. Since one is trapped in his mind which are his lived life and also the pictures of his lived life taken into his brain, he becomes a slave to his mind. Numerous thoughts coming from his mind are also stress and pain.

This meditation guides one to discard his mind for him to return to the mind of Truth, which is universe
so as for him to be free from stress, agonies and pain from his life.

A very systematic, easy and compact method which even a school child can follow. Although the centre is a charity, after introductory, if one starts practice, there is a registration which is 150 NZD per month.

However introduction for the newcomers are free, therefore come with sincere interest. Then you will understand the principles of the world wholly differently.

RSVP is required to 0204 073 1111 or email to auckland@meditationlife.org.
