Attend a private wine tasting of exciting Lebanese wines with Sommelier Federico Rutolo followed by an exclusive dinner at the New Zealand School of Food and Wine. Lebanon has been producing wine for over 6,000 years. Taste and learn about a style of wines not widely available in New Zealand, which have been carefully selected for their quality and appeal.

Your four-course feast celebrates the authentic flavours of Lebanese cuisine, cooked with skill and passion by visiting guest chef Samir Allen from Auckland’s Gemmayze St Restaurant. This exciting new restaurant, voted in Metro’s Top 50 Restaurants 2017, is setting the standard for Middle Eastern Cuisine, combining traditional ingredients with innovative methods.

The one-off set menu includes a selection of mezze tasting plates, spectacular organic lamb and an enticing dessert, served with matching Lebanese wines.

Your session includes:
- Private Lebanese wine tasting.
- Four course Lebanese feast.
