Exercise class that is focused on the pelvic floor and core.
Appropriate for anyone wanting to start work on this area eg after having a baby, when menopausal changes occur, after prostate surgery, wanting to start exercise after a long break etc. Loads of people come along for a month or so and then move onto harder classes or come as a maintenance program for this area of their body.
Upstairs in the gymnastics building at Owen Delaney Park during school terms Friday mornings 11:15-12pm, please arrive at 11am on your first time to complete an health questionnaire.
No need to book. Non crawling babies are ok but you will need to tend to their needs.
