Come along to hear about how we can support our young girls during their first periods.

What you'll learn:
- Why we need to change the perceptions of periods
- What hormonal changes are happening during this transition
- The physical symptoms of puberty
- The mental and emotional symptoms that can be expected at the beginning of menses
- The role of environmental toxins in menstrual issues
- What we need to do as parents to ensure our girls are safe, confident and supported.

Mothers, fathers and caregivers are all encouraged to attend. You are welcome to bring your daughter if you would like to, but this presentation is generally aimed at parents and caregivers.

Sophie will be available after the presentation to answer any questions you may have or talk to you about your individual issues or concerns. There will also be a prize draw and you could win a beautiful Organic Initiative Starter pack for your daughter.

Sophie Robbers is a qualified Homeopath specialising in female hormonal health. She enjoys running education opportunities to the people in her community to encourage and support health and well-being.
