Women only: Awaken the Tantric Goddess.

You are invited to spend a day discovering more of your inner goddess through the art of Tantra, awakening your inner Shakti.

Tantra is an ancient practice of blending spirituality with your sexuality to expand your consciousness as a stepping stone to the Goddess - God.

Tantra incorporates a holistic approach to relationships and sexuality. The art of sacred sex is such a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your partner on all levels- physically, emotionally and spiritually. This builds deeper in-ter-see- me, increases pleasure and closeness into your relationships.

You do not need to have a partner or be in a relationship to practice Tantra. If you're in a long term relationship it's a great way to learn and refreshen your lovemaking.

On this day you will learn:
- The language of Tantra.
- Kundalini energy.
- Seven major chakras.
- Generating Sexual Energy.
- Positive and negative sexual poles.
- Ida and Pingala.
- Sensual and erotic techniques.
- Moving sexual energy around your body.

"Within my bodies are all the sacred places of the world and the most profound pilgrimage that I can ever make is within my own Body" (Saraha).

There is no nudity in this workshop. Props are used for all demonstrations.
