Aucklander Jason Shon Bennett, health researcher and author will share his story.

He was delivered by caesarean section two months early when his mother developed toxaemia. This was the beginning of years of poor health. Throughout his childhood and into his early twenties he suffered from hay fever, digestive and bowel problems, constipation, fatigue and acne. His immune system was so poor, he seemed to catch every bug that was going around.

Jason was also an asthmatic. Although he was taking 16 - 20 shots of Ventolin most days, the asthma was so poorly controlled there were times that he feared he was going to die.

Jason believed his problems were due to bad genes. It never occurred to him that he could improve his health until one day his girl friend said, “You are pathetic. You take drugs all the time for your sickness and yet you do nothing about it. Change your life and stop eating all the crap food.”

This was the turning point. He began to research people groups that enjoyed good health and long life. Jason writes, “Now, after nearly 30 years of personal research and trial and error, I am 100 percent cured. I am almost 50 years old and I have been clear of asthma and off all medical drugs for 25 years. I am now the healthiest I have ever been. I have not had a cold, flu, cough, bug or virus for over 25 years and I did it the natural way, through changing my diet, lifestyle, environment, attitude and habit.”
