Considered one of New Zealand’s best cartoonists, Tom Scott is also a celebrated political columnist, non-fiction author and film maker. A life member of the Press Gallery, he has observed prime ministers from Norman Kirk to John Key. He was famously banned from China by Robert Muldoon and was a close friend of Sir Edmund Hillary. The start of November marks the launch of Tom Scott’s biography ‘Drawn Out - A Seriously Funny Memoir’ which is a hilarious, heartbreaking, heart-warming account of Tom’s incredible life thus far.

Join us for cocktails and canapes and hear from Tom Scott about his remarkable life. Funds raised from the evening in support of The Michael King Writers Centre and Devonport Rotary.
VIP Ticket includes wine and canapes plus a signed copy of Tom's book Drawn Out and a goody bag.
