Description of the course:
In this 8-week Acro Yoga Foundations course, we will be exploring the foundations and basics of Acroyoga, partner yoga and flying therapeutics. The key focus of this course is to support each participant in developing a mindful, progressive, and safe solo, partner, and group practice.

By working together, each person in the course will tap into their own physical ability by playing with agility, alignment, balance, and strength.

Classes will begin with a yoga and strength building warm-up, partner exercises, partner drills, exercises to build courage and trust, and end with yoga stretches and partner stretching.

Acro yoga is a fun, dynamic form of play with benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. We are looking forward working with you!

No partner needed to attend this course - we will all work with each other.

Due to limited space, there are strictly limited spaces available in this course. Pre-booking is required.

Contact: Jooske Honig at jooske@gmail.com for more information about the course.

Jooske Honig from Dunedin Acroyoga will be facilitating the course, assisted by co-facilitators Cecile MacNeille and Shyanne Hall.

(Next to Nectar Café on Princes St, opposite former Chief Post Office, take the lift or stairs to level one, we are beside the hairdresser).
