These acro classes are for dance students wanting to learn acrobatic/gymnastics tricks.

When combined with techniques learnt in regular dance classes students are able to blend dance and acrobatics (think Cirque du Soleil).

Our aim is to get students in this class into good physical condition as acro dance is the most physically demanding dance style we offer. The emphasis will be on flexibility, strength, balance and endurance exercises.

The timetable is subject to change and classes will only proceed if we have sufficient enrolments a week before the start date, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Refunds will apply for classes which do not proceed.
