Note: Not just for beginners

Begin your week in Mindfulness. Recharge your batteries right from the start of your week. This is a class for absolute beginners as well as for picking up new skills and experiencing various types of meditation.

We will start our journey with a combination of Mindfulness of the Breath and Mindfulness of the Body. Then we will use guided meditation as well as the power of Visualisation to proceed our way more and more into stillness and calmness.

From week 4 on we will also use the power of Affirmations and Mantras to experience a deeper stillness of the mind. Finally, we also use the Visualisations to redirect our attention and energies to gain back the ability to create our lives with positive thoughts, openness and love.

Max 8 seats available.

Join me in a fun, relaxed environment with a great view. Whether you want to get some peace of mind or begin a journey of personal development, I will be happy to guide you. Over 10 years of meditation experience in Germany, Thailand, India and now in NZ.
