Yoga breathing for energy and inspiration workshop.

Benefits of yoga breathing can include:
- increased vitality and alertness
- control of stress and more natural sleep
- greater confidence and more positive thinking
- improved concentration and memory
- enhanced psychic and intuitive abilities
- clarity of thought and sense of purpose
- stronger awareness of the divine self

In this practical and inspiring yoga breathing workshop, you will be introduced to a simple yet powerful system of spiritual breathing exercises based on ancient practices carefully put together by a Master of yoga, Dr George King.

Breathing involves so much more than just air. Although one of the principal benefits of vigorous breathing comes from the oxygenation of the blood and aerobic effect on the lungs, according to the ancient yogis who formulated ancient systems of breathing exercises, this is just a secondary benefit.

The main benefit of yoga breathing exercises, or pranayama, is that through controlling the breath you can control the flow of energy through your physical and subtle bodies in a very powerful way. By controlling and enhancing this energy, you can affect all aspects of your life, your conscious mind, your psychic and spiritual development and your physical vitality; you can even bring about states of higher consciousness, all through breathing well.

“This rhythmic breath will help to purify the nervous system and bring about a great feeling of peace and tranquility never so quickly attained before.” - Dr George King.
