This workshop provides an overview of the 4Rs of the volunteer management process: recruiting, recognising, rewarding and retaining volunteers. We’ll be looking at the why, what and how of volunteer management and you’ll receive tips to keep you on track. There will be opportunities for discussion and sharing ideas to add to your own volunteer management toolkit.
